公司位于無錫市北門外西漳鎮，緊靠滬寧高速公路無錫北出口。公司擁有一支集研究、開發、制造于一體的高素質的員工隊伍，加工裝備精良，測試手段齊全，主要以制造通用橡膠機械及輪胎機械為主。其中通用橡膠機械包括密煉機系列；開放式煉膠（塑）機系列；小型多輥立臥式壓延機系列；橡膠擠出機系列；平板硫化機系列；660-1型單刀切膠機。輪胎機械主要有丁基膠內胎自動生產線；丁基膠內胎接頭機；自行車、摩托車外胎彈簧翻包自動成型機；臥式簾布裁斷機；外胎多層液壓自動硫化機組；液壓自動內胎雙層硫化機組；電（氣）動單層內胎硫化機；胎面冷卻聯動線；膠片冷卻聯動線等一批檔次高、成套性強的自行車、摩托車胎專用設備。

Its State Patent Number is 89204997.9. The CJD-Y200 Butyle Tube and LLY-B840x380x2 Hydraulic tyre curing machine were awarded as State New Product in 1997, which has been listed into "Jiangsu Provincial Torch Project" and "Jiangsu Provincial Spark Project".
